Conditions of use
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the content of their advertisement is factually correct. Advertisers are welcome to make amendments to their entries at any time.

The advertiser will be responsible for and shall indemnify KiwiAccommodation against all losses, damages, costs and expenses by reason or on account of any libel or any infringement of copyright due to copy and/or photographs supplied by the advertiser to KiwiAccommodation. In the event that KiwiAccommodation is found liable to pay damage, costs or expenses, the advertiser will be liable to pay the same to KiwiAccommodation.

KiwiAccommodation reserve the right to remove, refuse, or amend any listings.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
