Trelawn Place
Trelawn Place is a country home and Bed and Breakfast only 5 minutes (4km) drive from central Queenstown offering all the peace and privacy of a tranquil retreat on the edge of the famous Shotover River and over shadowed by dramatic mountains including Coronet Peak ski field.
3 Ensuite rooms with views, patios or verandas offer warmth and comfort individually furnished with fresh flowers and antiques, in a country style décor.
Generous cooked breakfast includes homegrown produce.
A well-stocked library and sitting room with open fire provides places to relax.
Two acres of rose gardens, shady conifers and a hillside garden where paths wander through trees, and a waterfall feeds several fishponds.
The manicured lawn stretches to the river edge where you will find the Jacuzzi and Gazebo. Some guests choose to have a candle light dinner overlooking the river, with food from the Restaurant meals delivery service.
Animal lovers, Nery and Michael have 2 Welsh Corgis and 2 black cats.
Michael is a keen Fly fisherman.
Two separate Cottages, in the orchard beside the river are available.
The Cottage has two bedrooms, a bathroom , mini kitchen and laundry facilities. There is comfortable seating around a cosy potbelly stove. Climbing Roses frame the door, a Juliet balcony looks down into the river.
The Apartment has one bedroom upstairs with a king bed, a Juliet balcony with table and chairs. Downstairs the sitting room has a Victorian fire place, (and extra single Bed) a bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. Private patio, opens onto the garden.

3 King rooms from $225 - $350, This is for bed and breakfast with a full cooked and continental.
Cottages are $275 - $295 for 2, $40 per extra person, this rate is for accommodation only. Breakfast is $15 extra per person.
The house is available for rent with a 3 night minimum. Weekly rates available online.
Directions to Trelawn Place
Take Highway 6a into Queenstown. At the big roundabout on Shotover Street turn right into Gorge road, travel for 5 minutes (4 km) towards Arthurs Point. The two blue signposts are on the right, Watties Track and Trelawn Place. If you are coming from Arrowtown, come up the hill past the Arthurs Point Pub, slow down at the top, the two blue signs are 100m ahead, swing wide to your right to approach the entrance on your left.More about our New Zealand accommodation
