Belvedere Homestay is sited on top of the hill with 360° views overlooking the spit where the ferries leave for Kawau Island and Governor Grey's restored mansion.The view is awesome which you will enjoy while relaxing on the spacious decks and terraces.
Stroll around the 11 acre property with sunken barbecue, rose garden,
orchards, lawns, native birds and bush and 2 lilly ponds and enjoy a friendly game of Petanque (boule).
Fishing off the beach or boat, golf, tennis, swimming etc. are all within 7 km from the homestay.
Margaret and Ron Everett's home is for your comfort and enjoyment. After an adventurous day, Margaret's flair with cooking is a great way to relax and enjoy pre-drinks and a three course meal and wine.
