Reception: Open 7:30am to 9:00pm (seasonal variations)
Sightseeing Reservations: All activities and Queenstown sightseeing reservations can be made at reception. Ask our friendly staff for advice on local attractions. Discount prices may apply.
Shop: Located at reception with food, drink and all those necessities you may need.
Internet: Email and Internet facilities are available at reception. $2.00 for 15 minutes. $4.00 for 1 hour.
Telephone: Phones are located in the TV Room and some Lounges. Ephone cards can be purchased at reception..
Spa: Spectacular views of the Remarkables Mountains. Book at reception. Hours vary with seasons.
TV Room: Open 24 Hours. Features a TV, fireplace, stereo and a pool table
Bag and Gear Storage: Bags and gear storage is available at reception. Identification tags are available on request. All care, but no responsibility.
Ski and Snowboard Tuning Room: Ski and Snowboard drying and tuning room available in winter months. Open 24 Hours.
