Serendipity Boutique Bed and Breakfast
The generously proportioned guest bedroom has a queen bed, with electric blankets, a wardrobe with guest bathrobes, a dresser, remote TV, radio/alarm clock/phone, a computer jack-point, and heating.
The lead-lighted bay window overlooks the garden and has lovely North-facing views down the valley to the harbour and the Boulder Bank (Tombola)then across the bay to the Abel Tasman National Park.
The private bathroom alongside the guest bedroom is for your exclusive use. There is a new shower, a large vanity and a toilet plus a renovated six-foot-long cast iron bath
Guests may also use the lounge or the sunroom to sit and read or listen to music.
There is also a sundeck with steps leading down to a sunny and sheltered garden along with more chairs and a bench under a shady tree.

From State Highway 6 (Haven Road) besides the Port of Nelson and alongside the bright pink corner dairy, turn up Russell Street. Go to the top and then turn left into Stanley Crescent. Do not turn into Mount Pleasant Avenue - Go another 200 metres to the top of the hill and then turn down the private road between numbers 23 & 25. Serendipity is the first house on your left.
