Located in the mature tree-lined streets on the lower slopes of The Grampians, overlooking Nelson City, historic 115 year old Grampian Villa is a pleasant 5 minute walk to Nelson's City Centre. Four spacious ensuited rooms (3 SuperKing, 1 Queen with clawfoot bath and shower) each have French doors opening onto the spacious verandahs with views of Nelson City and the sea.
