Directions to BASE HOT ROCK ROTORUA
Arriving from airport: The public bus” Cityride” departs every half hour between 6:40am and 5:45pm, it’s a 5 minute walk from drop off point to Base Hot Rock. Another service is the Super shuttle which will drop you off at our door step.Arriving by car: When leaving Auckland get onto Southern Motorway (SH1) heading towards Hamilton – then follow the signs! When you get to Tirau get onto the Geothermal highway SH5. Follow the signs into city centre, as you enter the CBD, Base Hot Rock will be the first hostel you see – on the corner of Arawa and Ranolf Street, we are right opposite Geothermal Park.
Arriving by tour bus: ask the driver and he will drop you off at our hostel
