Our lovely home is set in eight acres at the edge of the magnificent Lyttelton Harbour with walking tracks leading direct to the beach.
Panoramic views, grace our queen size room complete with ensuite bath and balcony from which to watch the sun rise and enjoy breakfast. Our unique breakfasts continue to receive wonderful praise from all our guests.
All our guests welcome to avail themselves of our relaxing and complementary aromatherapy baths.
If you so wish, you can also treat yourself to a therapeutic massage or holistic healing session on the premises from well known New Zealand healer Eva Mason (see www. . nz for more information on her work.)
Many good walking/tramping tracks in the area. Local Cafe/Wine Bar and Hotel offer great evening meals.

Directions to Governors Bay Bed and Breakfast
From Christchurch go South on Colombo Street to Cashmere. Continue straight ahead through the round about up Dyers Pass, over the top of the hill and down the other side. At the bottom of the hill you will be in Governors Bay. Turn left now towards "Lyttelton." Continue along this road for 1 Km. Look for number 851 on the letter box on the right and the blue sign saying "B&B". Come straight down the driveway to the end.There is plenty of private parking space.
