Set in landscaped gardens, with grandstand views of overlooking Lake Taupo, to the Mountains beyond, AMAKAYA is a home of generous proportions, offering individual space for everyone.
The lower level is designated solely for the comfort of guests.
There are two guest lounges - one small cosy area with a log fire and the other a large lounge with double doors opening out to a superb solar heated swimming pool, petanque pit and landscaped gardens. The three spacious bedrooms also open out to this area.
Privacy and sun are the key components so guests are able to relax and unwind in comfort.
Tony and Liz have travelled extensively so enjoy meeting guests from overseas. Breakfast is served in the upstairs family room and dinner is offered by prior arrangement or guests are welcome to join them for a pre-dinner drink before dining out in one of Taupo's many restaurant's, some within walking distance.
