Come and stay with us at "Montevue Homestay" 13 Bodkin Road, on the outskirts of Alexandra, Central Otago. As the name suggests, there are great views overlooking the township towards Leaning Rock and the Dunstan Range, sweeping across to the Hawkdun Mountains and the Raggedy's.
Our new Homestay is very comfortable and relaxing, spacious bedrooms have excellent beds and bedding, electric blankets and bath robes. The private and ensuite bathrooms boast high pressure showers, heated towel rails, hair dryers and toiletries.
Alexandra is centrally situated to the many features that bring people to our unique and beautiful region. From the mountains and ski-fields to the rivers and lakes, orchards and vineyards. There are historic gold mining sites, a rail trail, and endless activities for all fitness levels. Explore the off-road walks and mountain bike tracks, take a sea kayak or canadian canoe on the Clutha river or Manorburn Dam. Enjoy our golf courses, museums, go hunting, fishing or four wheel driving.
