Set in quiet woodland, with sea views, yet only 5mins walk from the heart of Art Deco Napier, we offer a friendly,peaceful base for your Hawke's Bay visit in our home.
Rooms all have electric heaters and electric blankets for winter!
Organic local produce used as much as possible and home-made breads, preserves etc. We are happy to help with bookings for wine tours or restaurants or ask if you have any questions!

Easy! From Marine Parade, drive up Tennyson St to 3rd set of traffic lights, Valentines is in front of you and the Art Deco shop is on your right. Turn Right, up Milton Rd. we are 200yds or so up on the left hand side, the Driveway is Marked 'MILTON OAKS'.
