Serendipity sits on a commanding position overlooking the thermal beds, city ,lakes and beyond.
A very quiet suburb with total privacy. Two decks and a conservatory provide pleasant areas to relax.
Relax in all day sun, on the deck, in the conservatory or in the privacy of our garden. Indulge in comfort, home-cooked cuisine and the friendly folk who have been enjoying hosting for many years.
Our interests are, golf, tramping, travel, the environment, antiques and sharing our extensive local and national knowledge with you. Let us advise you on the 'must see' list while in Rotorua and other highlights of our beautiful country.
We have the best of both worlds. Only minutes from the city centre but living with that country feeling. Sheep graze over the fence and birds serenade us all day long.
See the gesers playing while you enjoy a wine or coffee on our expansive decks.
