Built circa 1856 Sunnybank is one of Nelson's oldest Heritage Homes. Every inch fully restored to it's original 'Victorian Grandeur'. Sunnybank offers 'Comfort in the Classical Tradition' you will not be dissappointed with.
Margaret is a working Artist and Sculptor and enjoys offering suggestions of local interest visits. Nelson is renowned for its Art influence.

Directions to Sunnybank Homestead
From Nelson Airport to Sunnybank HomesteadHead out of the airport. Drive through five roundabouts following signs to the City Centre at each roundabout.
Following this route you now drive over the hill and down into central Nelson. You are now on Rutherford Street.
Closer to the City, and at a set of traffic lights (the second set you encounter from the Airport), turn right into Selwyn Place. (At these lights McDonald’s Restaurant is diagonally across the intersection.)
At the end of Selwyn Place, turn right into Collingwood Street, then left into Nile Street. Sunnybank’s secluded driveway is on your right hand side at the bottom of Mayroyd Tce. (156 Nile Street)
Well Done! You should be driving up the winding driveway.
