We aim to provide the most comfort with the least fuss.
With feather duvets, 100 per cent cotton sheets, heated towel rails, irons and ironing boards, coffee and tea making facilities, home-made cookies, books and magazines, writing tables, easy chairs, televisions, radios, CD players and CDs in the bedrooms. Three large bedrooms, each with queen bed, ensuite shower and toilet; one has an extra bed and bath.
Books in every room - take one away to read on the journey home! All the comforts of home in a renovated Edwardian villa.
Price guide
High Season: November 1 to April 24, $220 double and $180 single for rooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. (Extra charge for third person in Room 3). From April 25 to October 31, $180 double $150 single.
Tax 12.5% GST tax is included in all tariffs quoted.
