Birches, a character farm house, is close to Cambridge and Lake Karapiro in a beautiful rural garden setting with tennis/pooland hot tub.
Quaint little cottage ideal for couples, kitchen, queen/ensuite or twin room in home, private bath.

Directions to Birches
From Cambridge town go to end of Victoria St and over narrow bridge over Waikato River. Turn left off bridge, up to round about and turn right onto Shakespeare St. Go about 1 km through Leamington shops and turn left at Browning St - signed to Lake Karapiro.It is three kms to our gate from there -(Browning runs into Maungatautari Rd) and we are #263 on the left. Black horse fence on front of property. Opposite and past Chequers Stud and before Trelawny main gates.
