For those of you who do not know this area of Wellington, it is said to be the largest collection of wooden houses in one place outside of San Francisco.
Together with its narrow streets, Thorndon makes up one of the most historically unique character areas anywhere in New Zealand.
It offers three bedrooms (one ensuite) with contemporary interior and changing artwork (available for sale).
