Hosts Don and Liz offer warm comfortable accomodation. Close to shops, Cinemas bus, trains, hospitals and Massey University. Our Polytech (UCOL) is just across the road. Pets and children are welcome. There are 4 ensuite rooms, 1 family room with private facilities. King-size bedrooms convert to twin.
Wanganui, a good example of an early New Zealand Port, takes 45 minutes by car. While it's only a 2 hour drive to the wine districts of Hawkes Bay to the east and Martinbourough to the south east.
Palmerston North boasts a commuter train to Wellington, our Capital City. Leaving at 6.20 am, returning at 5.15 p.m.
Palmerston North has just about every type of restaurant imagineable, most within walking distance. We have plenty of off-street parking.
