Featured in 'National Geographic Traveler', Larch Hill is purpose built on an elevated site with all rooms and sundeck overlooking Lake Wakatipu.
Each room in our comfortable and relaxing homestay has its own ensuite or private bathroom, spectacular lake views, and tea/coffee making facilities. Enjoy our warm, restful home with its panoramic views and sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens.
We are just a 3 minute drive from the centre of Queenstown and within walking distance of the lake, close to skifields, golf courses, vineyards, restaurants and Queenstown attractions. Public transport passes our street regularly. Breakfasts are generous and include homemade bread, freshly baked croissants and pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, and freshly ground, percolated coffee.
Accommodating up to a maximum of 10 guests, Larch Hill has a king, queen and twin room, as well as a self-contained apartment which is ideal for families or small groups.
We can provide pre-arranged complimentary pickups from Queenstown airport.

We have no pets and are non-smokers, but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.

Directions to Larch Hill Homestay and B and B
From the roundabout at Frankton, drive for 2.5km on highway 6A towards Queenstown; you will see the Gold RidgeResort and Sherwood Manor on your right.In front of Sherwood Manor are four old horse wagons.
Turn right into Goldfield Heights. Second turn left is Panners Way.
Once in Panners Way, take the left access way with our sign on the corner. Larch Hill B&B is at No.16 at the end of the access way (half way down Panners Way on the left).
(Alternatively, if you find “Larch Hill Place”, you can also access our place from there (we have dual street access) – we are at the end of Larch Hill Place, on the right).
