Onetangi Beach Apartments are the ideal way to enjoy the magic of Waiheke Island and only a 35 minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland.

Situated beside the pristine white sands of north-facing Onetangi Beach, these serviced and self-contained apartments are modern and spacious. Ideal for family holidays, conferences, wedding groups and intimate weekends away!

Stay within strolling distance of restaurants, forest and bush reserves, golf course, vineyards the local brewery and activity center.

Experience Waiheke’s many award winning wines, great cuisine, beautiful scenery, art studios, olives and picturesque beaches.

COURTYARD
Each apartment has its own patio or deck, opening onto our lush green courtyard. Upstairs or ground floor apartments available. In studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments plus our two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment with extra living room.

BEACHFRONT
These Mediterranean style apartments have their own patio areas and outdoor furniture. We have one bedroom apartments upstairs and two bedroom ground floor apartment available. Ask us about the Crows Nest with the best sea-views!!

SUPERIOR BEACHFRONT
Luxurious and spacious open plan living. Decks to catch the morning and afternoon sun complete with BBQ and out door furniture offers privacy and exclusivity. Individual covered car park.

Superior Beachfront Apartments 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms
Summer: $400 p/night (4 guests) $340 p/night (2 guests)
Winter: $380 p/night (4 guests) $320 p/night (2 guests)

Beachfront Apartments, 1 and 2 bedroom available
Summer: $260 - $310 p/night Winter: $220 - $270 p/night

Courtyard Apartments, studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom available
Summer: $185 - $275 p/night Winter: $155 - $235 p/night

2 bedroom apartments are priced for 4 guests, 1 bedroom apartments are priced for 2 guests. A surcharge of $30 per extra adult per night and $15 per child per night applies.
SUMMER RATES APPLY 1st Dec - 30th April
WINTER RATES APPLY 1st May - 30th Nov
Two night minimum for weekends, one night stay at managers' discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of the cost of the first night's accommodation is required or where a one night stay is booked 50% of the booking.

In the event that a reservation is cancelled the following cancellation fees apply.

Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival $50.00
Cancellations made 10 days to 48hours prior to arrival - one night accommodation
Cancellations made 48 hours or less to arrival, cancellation on the day or a no show will incur full payment or 2 nights accommodation.
