The Qualmark 3 star plus CHALETS MOTEL is an unconventional motel set on 1 hectare of land. The park-like property is elevated and has a beautiful view towards the Lewis Pass and the mountains surrounding Hanmer Springs. The 10 induvidual timber chalets are all at least 10 mtrs apart and all have a fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom(s). Most family chalets are adjacent to a large children play area with trampoline and swing. The latest addition are a SPA Bath chalet with a large corner spa-bath and a large family chalet with disability access.
The Hanmer Springs golf course is on the other side of the road, there are several mini-golfs for the less experienced and a host of other activities is available.
The motel is only 5 minutes walk from the well-known Thermal Pools and from the village shopping centre which has expanded considerably in the last year.
It is an excellent choice for those who like the peace and quiet, the sounds of the birds and not the neighbour next door.
