The Last Straw Cottage
The Last Straw cottage was purpose built from straw bale construction for self contained accommodation in 2000.
Nestled on a 16 acre farmlet with its own garden, BBQ area and petanque court. Wonderful country setting offering peace, relaxation and a total New Zealand experience.
The cottage has a wonderful ambience and all furnishings are of the highest standard. Enjoy an evening by the open fireplace or with friends around the brazier in the courtyard. The cottage is close to beaches, rivers and wineries. Cafes and artisans are within 10-15 mins drive in any direction. We have many award winning restaurants who offer wonderful dining.
