A small farmstay hostel based just 70kms south of Auckland. An ideal spot to stop on your way to the Coromandel, Hamilton, Waitomo, Rotorua or Raglan.

Set in the beautiful countryside of Pukekawa we provide comfortable lodgings for backpackers and campers in this relaxing farm-stay.

Just 50 minutes drive (or one days cycle ride) from Auckland, New Zealand, SHEKINAH is an ideal place to stop on your way south to Raglan, the Coromandel, Rotorua or Waitomo, or on your way north to Auckland or Northland.

Enjoy our magnificent view overlooking the Waikato River and on a clear day see the Coromandel Peninsula.

As well as providing a welcome retreat from the city, this is also a peaceful and convenient place to spend your first or last nights in New Zealand.

Within easy distance of Auckland and Auckland airport, you can both avoid the complications of navigating Auckland streets and having to pay extortionate parking fees as well as being able to fully relax in a beautiful setting.
