Historic Bed & Breakfast accommodation situated in a delightful sunny rural area just 10 minutes from Queenstown, 5 minutes to Airport & central to all attractions and amenities.
The Guesthouse has a delightful guest lounge/dining room with huge log burner and is comfortable & old worldly. It offers a pictorial history dating back to 1872 and a kitchen granny would have been proud of. Accommodation consists of 2 units: a Double with ensuite bathroom and a Double with private bathroom. The 2nd unit can also be taken as a Family Unit (children under 12 Free) - 1 Double & 1 twin with share Bathroom, or you can book the Whole Guest House exclusively for a group. Owner’s accommodation is completely separate although Glenys is always available to help with information and booking service and enjoys helping guests to make the most of their stay in Queenstown. Kevin is an avid Fly Fisherman and offers special rates to In House guests for Guided Fishing and or Tuition.

From Airport follow Queenstown signs to large roundabout on SHW6 (next to BP Station) TURN RIGHT proceed for approx 6 klms. and TURN LEFT into Lower Shotover Road (situated at the top of hill after crossing the concrete bridge over the Lower Shotover River) and then TURN IMMEDIATELY LEFT again into Spence Road. This is a No Through Road and you will find us on the right hand side.When entering Queenstown from Wanaka follow Queenstown signs along SH6 once you have passed the 2nd sign for Arrowtown you continue for approx 6klms until you come to a RIGHT TURN into Lower Shotover Road (big blue road sign) turn right here and then IMMEDIATELY LEFT into Spence Road. This is a No Through Road and you will find us on the right hand side..
