Yaping House
This House was built in 1875, at foot of Mt Eden with Great views overlooking One Tree Hill (made famous by U2). Ample OSP available. Very quiet, many birdsongs. Close to Mt Eden village with restaurants and bars. Nearby foot/ car access to summit. Mt Eden is actively a dormant volcano! Summit views better than Sky Tower! Friendly atmosphere. 1 bus stage to city. Sky TV FREE INTERNET.

From the AirportThere is a 24 hour private shuttle company called Supershuttle reservations@ that have a NZ$26 backpacker fare which can be booked from the freephones (dial 66 ) to the right of the Visitor Information area. They will drop you off at our door.
If you get Air Bus get off at Mt Eden Shops,then walk down to stokes Rd, then it go to Owens Rd on you left side is 79.
From the City
Take Customs Street East Buses 274, 275 & 277 to Mt Eden Village shops. This trip will cost you $1.60.
