Te Kaha Villa
Te Kaha Villa is a brand new architecturally designed luxury villa overlooking a beautiful sandy bay, with stunning views up and down the East Cape coast. The house is cleverly designed around a mature tree, forming a private shady retreat behind the house. The house is purpose built and furnished to provide luxury holiday accommodation conducive to relaxed beach/holiday living.
It provides modern interior decor, professionally designed and incorporating New Zealand artworks. Guest comfort is assured with heatpumps for air-conditioning/heating, open fireplace, and BOSE surround sound entertainment/audio system. Te Kaha Villa is located directly across the road from the Te Kaha Cafe. The house sleeps up to eight people.
We offer four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two upper storey bedrooms share an ensuited and feature glass sliding doors across the width of each room opening onto the upstairs deck. The bedrooms and upstairs deck capture great views up and down the coast. There are a further two bedrooms located downstairs with an interconnecting bi-fold door which can be used to separate, or semi-join the rooms.
All four bedrooms sleep two people per room in a twin or super-king configuration. A portacot and highchair are available on request. Luxury bedding & linen is supplied, as are bath & beach towels.
The lounge and dining areas are open plan, with floor to ceiling glass around 3 sides ensuring that 100% of the view into the adjoining bay is captured! A short walkway incorporates a window seat and leads to the large superbly equipped kitchen incorporating dishwasher, microwave, and breakfast bar. The yard attracts full, all day sun. Quality outdoor furniture, gas BBQ & extensive decking facilitate easy and memorable outdoor living and dining.
