Tauhara Sunrise

Tauhara Sunrise Lodge offers award-winning, 5-star accommodation in a relaxed and casual atmosphere, with stunning views of majestic Lake Taupo from floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the three guest suites. Our fees include full breakfast, pre-dinner drinks and hors d’oevres, and taxes. Dinner served with fine wines is available for an additional fee.

Luxurious bathrobes, toiletries and hairdryers are provided.

Complimentary high-speed internet access is available in all suites (bring your own laptop) or via the lodge computer. All guests have access to the 6-person hot tub on the covered patio, which offers extensive views both day and night, and our onsite massage therapist can help you truly relax.

All guests also have access to the media room featuring plasma television, to the lounge/reading room, with log fire and a library of books to browse, and to a refrigerator stocked with complimentary beer, wine, sodas and mineral water.

The Taupo region is reputed to be the trout fishing capital of the world, and Tauhara Sunrise can arrange guided fly-fishing and boat fishing experiences as well as a variety of other adventure and leisure activities.

White Cliffs King: $375 per couple bed and breakfast.

Lake Taupo Queen: $300 per couple bed and breakfast.
Dinner with wine is an additional $80 per person.
