Fabulous property with nautical theme. The Boat House is only a 4 minute walk to Raumati Beach and a 4 minute walk to a variety of restaurants. Large deck that overlooks the eastern hills, you get to see the sunrise. Aquarium toilet - spot all the fish, bathroom and full laundry. Sylish kitchen with all mod cons even a dishwasher. You'll even find a 28ft whale chaser boat right next to the house. Take a walk up the garden path and you'll find not only a double hammock between the trees, but an outdoor bath with hot and cold running water. Out door furniture, BBQ and carparking.
