Waiarjipa Homestead
A small centrally situated lifestyle farm set back 200 metres from a quiet road . Our animals are all family and enjoy human contact.
Modern air-conditioned, fully equipped self contained unit capable of sleeping up to six.
Bed and Breakfast also available.
Walking distance to Post Office, convenience stores, local boutique type shops and restaurants including exclusive and “Jolly Farmer” pub style.
Extensive outdoor living areas and relaxing gardens with Gazebo and BBQ.
Able to graze horses if needed. Ample parking area, 24 hr monitored video security.
Pickup to and from airport available at reasonable hours.

On the farm:
Small herd of very tame cows. Able to be milked by hand (if cow is in milk),the pet sheep ,Will , friendly chickens, Jez ,our pony and Mista and Sophie the dog and cat. Organic home-grown produce available.

Accommodation Prices:
UNIT: $130 for couple, $15 per head for extra persons. Grazing $10. All per night.
BED and BREAKFAST; $80 for single $120 for double inc breakfast. Other meals negotiable.
