A quiet, peaceful, modern bed and breakfast, Springwaters is the perfect place where you can relax and unwind during your visit to Rotorua. With just four guest rooms you can be sure of personal attention in a genuine Kiwi family home.
Close to beautiful Hamurana Springs and just across the road from Lake Rotorua you can look forward to a wonderful location, generous hospitality and a well appointed large bedroom with en suite bathroom and all the facilities you would expect for your travelling comfort. The delightful difference is the hosts; Steve is a great personality, Katherine a superb cook, and they enjoy entertaining guests from around the world.
The bedrooms have been thoughtfully furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable and the names have been selected by a local Maori for their traditional significance. Moana means lake or body of water, Awahou means new stream (and is the name of another nearby stream), Mokoia is the island in Lake Rotorua and Waimarino means calm water.
All the rooms are well lit and spacious, the access is wide and level and each bedroom has a well appointed bathroom opening off (en suite). In Moana and Awahou beds are super-king sized and can be split into large twin beds if requested. In Mokoia and Waimarino the beds are king sized doubles.
