Are you coming to Hamilton for something special? Claudelands Motel is the only Motel directly opposite the Waikato Events Centre and the Waldorf Lounge.

Our centrally situated position allows you to walk across the 'Claudelands' bridge to the city centre. 'The Southern Cross Hospital' and the 'Waipa Delta' are also within walking distance

Stay with us when you are studying at Waikato University, or at Ruakura, as we are only minutes away by car, but without driving through the city itself.

Other easy to reach attractions, are the Hamilton Gardens, Hamilton Zoo, Mystery Creek or may be just spend a few days with friends for a change.

Early morning walks around the river are quite delightful and you will enjoy the serenity and views.

Every thing you will need for your stay in Hamilton can be found in our 9 spacious family units consisting of

7 x 1 bedroom units, each sleep four
2 x 2 bedroom units, each sleep six

All the units have full kitchen facilities, including microwave, stove, fridge, Sky TV, phone, laundry and ironing facilities available to guests. Play ground area well away from the road is available for children.

Plenty of off street parking. Special rates are available on request for long term stays, pensioners, groups and sales reps depending on available units.
