A luxury getaway and a perfect base to experience beautiful Cathedral Cove & Hot Water Beach. Built 2003, our guest wing has been built with privacy and comfort in mind, nestled amidst native bush, gardens and streams and only a short walk to Cooks Beach. We serve a delicious continental breakfast on your deck or in the privacy of your room. Take a bush or coastal walk, bike the scenic coast, take a boat trip to Cathedral Cove or just simply relax with a good book!

Directions to The Mussel Bed B and B
Follow the State Highway signs to Coromandel Peninsula. Follow the SH25 signs to Tairua and Whitianga. Take the right hand turnoff at Whenuakite (school is on the left). You are now on Hot Water Beach Road. The first left hand road is Purangi Road and your direction is Cooks Beach and Ferry Landing. Our B&B is 9 kms along Purangi Road - on the right hand side just past the Cooks Beach Hall.More about our New Zealand accommodation
