Apartment at forty offers comfort and style in a superb central Havelock North location.
There are two apartments available, both are private and self contained with indoor and outdoor living. The kitchens are fully equipped however if you don't feel like cooking you will find restaurants and cafes just a few steps from the front gate. The many extras included for your convenience and comfort make this an ideal base for your Hawkes Bay experience - whether business or leisure. Only 5 mins to central Hastings and 20 mins Napier.
There are two accommodation options available:
Apartment in the Tall House
A stylish apartment situated on the lowel level of our two storey home. One king size bedroom with small modern ensuite bathroom. Sunny and spacious, fully self contained with own entrance and a private deck and courtyard area.
A Small House
A new two bedroom modern and contemporary cottage. One king and one twin single bedroom (which can also be converted to a super king). Open plan living with bifold doors opening into a private outdoor area
Price guide
Rates are seasonal so please enquire at time of booking. The range is $185 - $245 a night with discounts available for stays of 3 or more nights.
Extra roll out bed available $25 for each extra bed.
