Elegant accommodation for the entire family. The Magnolia Room and Garden Room are located in the seperate guest wing great for families. Magnolia Room has ensuite, large walk in robe and private spa pool on deck. As a family home we cater for families and your children will stay in the Twin Room in the guest wing.
Broadeaves is a perfectly planned home with large tranquil grounds. We are located 50 minutes North of Wellington. Take a dip in our outdoor heated swimming, or take time out to read a book. Lots of guests leave their car and take the train into the heart of the city for shopping and events - including Rugby!

Directions to Broadeaves Bed & Breakfast
Take State Highway 1 heading south or north.Waikanae is located 50 mins north of Wellington and 1 hr south of Palmerston North or 3.5 hrs south of Taupo.
When you arrive in Waikanae turn towards the beach at the Mobil Service Station. Te Moana Rd. Take the 2nd on the right Koromiko Rd, follow around ( becomes Kohekohe Rd) at the bottom is a T junction. This is Ngarara Rd - the long driveway directly ahead is us No.24.
