Welcome and relax in our home with our out door Spa Pool. The Waitangi River gently tumbles over miniature waterfalls and rapids just 25 mtrs away from your bedroom window. Spellbinding river views from all our ensuite rooms including our special romantic Four Poster.
All our accommodation is self contained with guests taking delight in Janet's special all home made breakfast basket. Brand new for the 2003 season we have our absolute riverside, self-contained Cottage, sleep 4 adults & Studio. Riverside Suite & Victoria room.
We enjoy classic cars, golf, travel and meeting new guests. Janet, Jim and our Golden Retriever Misty look forward to making your stay truly memorable
