Anne and Peter welcome their guests to this unique Bed and Breakfast, located only five minutes walk from the heart of Hamilton City. Two minutes walk to the Waikato river and 10 minutes drive to the Waikato Hospital. Hamilton is centrally located in the North Island. The famous Raglan surf beach on the West Coast is 45 minutes drive and the beautiful East Coast beaches are 1 1/4 hrs drive. Rotorua is also 1 1/4 hrs drive.
The studio unit is detached from the main home yet it has the same charactistics as the main house, - colonial windows and french doors that open out onto the pool area. The unit is tastefully decorated, is self contained with cooking facilities and an ensuite. It has its own private entrance and off street parking.
