We have 10 chalet/cabin-style motel units positioned throughout the 2-acre complex. The design gives you that added peace and privacy that you deserve. One of our units has been designed specifically for wheelchair access.
MOTORHOMES
Our 8 motorhome parks also have their own area for enjoyment, including a large grassed volleyball court, surrounded by trees and shrubs.
All facilities for motorhomes that you would expect are available.

Our units range from studio (2 persons) to family (4-6 persons) and are priced accordingly from $95-$150.
MOTORHOMES
Rates $15 per adult, $8-$10 children. Seasonal rates apply.

Sea-Air Motel & Holiday Park is a 3.5-minute stroll from the beach. We are positioned ideally in the Western Bay of Plenty as a central base for day trips and excursions to areas of historical importance and/or excitement and thrills.5-hour comfortable circumnavigation of the Coromandel Peninsula, enjoying all it has to offer (Hot Water Beach, Orchid and Butterfly Garden).
