Touchwood Motor Lodge
Touchwood Motor Lodge is situated in large spacious grounds, a short walk from the main shopping centre. We offer clean, comfortable accommodation.
We are delighted to announce that an additional 6 units have been completed and are now attracting customers who appreciate larger rooms. There are 5 large studios with kitchenettes and a further one bedroom with kitchen, all rooms have ensuite bathrooms. These are the newest motel units in Pukekohe and the South Auckland region. They feature king beds as standard have 32" LCD televisions, a work station, and are built to very high standards of sound and thermal insulation by Jennian Homes.
We are constantly innovating to make this the best Motel in the region. We are continually upgrading and finding better ways to meet our customers needs.
Our one bedroom units have been rebuilt to a very high standard, completed 29th December 2005, these are now as good as anywhere in the region. Spacious and well lit, with 2700mm ceilings these units have had new kitchens as well as new fixtures into the bathrooms. Lots of hot water and generously sized showers. Not just a refurbishment, these were done properly.
Television in every unit, and the one bedrooms have two. Five channels of digital SKY as well as all the free to air stuff.
Modern 6 burner barbecue is free to use.
High speed Internet connection is now available in every room. The first 200 Megs or 2 hours of usage are free.
Guest laundry facilities are also free.
There is room on site to park extra vehicles, and trailers. We've managed to park up to 27 on one occasion. For a 10 unit motel thats not bad.

NZ$90 one person in small studio unit, NZ$105 for two, in same studio unit.
NZ$130 for a one bedroom, share/twin. Extra adult NZ$15. Extra child NZ$10 max of 4 persons.
NZ$145 for a large one bedroom, share/twin (ideal for corporate customers)
NZ$130 for large studio.share/twin
NZ$140 for two bedroom, share twin, extra adult NZ$15, extra child NZ$10 maximum of 7 persons. recomend only 6.
Spa bath unit, NZ$145 kIng sized bed only in this room. This unit is not suitable for children.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice of need to cancel prior to night of stay, failure to show or to notify may result in one nights accommodation being charged for.
Credit cards are only debited if the cancellation policy as stated above is not followed.
If the guest prefers to send a deposit rather than use a credit card, then we need a deposit of one nights tariff and it will be returned in full if cancellation policy is followed.
Directions to Touchwood Motor Lodge
To find us from the north side, take the Drury/Pukekohe off ramp (Exit 461) when heading south on the Southern Motorway from Auckland. Turn right , go under the motorway overpass and stay on that road. Pukekohe is about 14 km from there. We're the second motel on the right hand side as you get into Pukekohe.From the south, take the Bombay turn off at the top of the Bombay Hill, turn left and come into Pukekohe, about 6 km from Bombay. Turn right at the T intersection onto Stadium Drive, you will come to a roundabout, turn right here onto Edinburgh Street (there is a KFC outlet on the corner) the motel is the one at the bottom of the hill on the left.

We have achieved the following ratings: Members of the Motel Association of New Zealand.Servicing: Each room is serviced daily, fresh towels, tea and coffee replenished and the unit is cleaned.
Pets accepted: Strictly and only by arrangement, pets must stay outside of the rooms. Please ask us before booking a unit.
Pets on site: One resident dog, she is a large white standard poodle called Gem also known to her family as Galumicky Thing, as well as two lazy cats, called Oily (persian cross tortoisshell, looks like a ginger cat wiped on an engine), and a tabby (recycled from my daughters flat) called G.
Smoking: All units are non smoking.
Units / rooms: Four one bedroom units, One spa bath studio, three studios and two 2 bedroom apartments. We are also delighted to announce that a further five large studio units and another one bedroom unit have been added on. These are the newest motel accommodation available in Pukekohe.
Bathrooms: All Units have private ensuite bathrooms.
Beds: We have standardized on Queen sized beds with some units having King sized beds
Meals: All meals can be provided should the guest request it. We specialise in breakfasts, that are brought to your unit. High speed internet connection in every room. First 60 meg of data is free. Guest laundry is also complimentary.
Disabled access / facilities: Two new units as part of an additional six are access units.
Bicycles storage facilities: Bicycles can be stored in a dry secure area

Features and services: There is a free guests laundry, with new machines, and a dryer.
Wireless broadband availabe, the first 200 Meg or two hours are at no extra charge.
