Mornington is a Heritage Bed & Breakfast Lodge, situated close to town on Napier Hill. Restored, decorated and furnished to create an ambiance of the era, Mornington is a wonderful example of Arts & Crafts architecture.
The Red Room with Queen bed and the Green Room with Twin beds both enjoy million dollar sea views, open onto a sunny verandah and share a spacious private bathroom filled with exquisite toiletries.
Mornington is available for the exclusive use of one party of guests at a time, so it is especially suitable for family groups or people seeking complete privacy.
Tea, coffee and home baking are always available. Hawke's Bay wine and nibbles are served at the end of a busy day and world class restaurants are just a short walk away. Your host, Diana, hopes guests will join her and perhaps some friends for a home cooked dinner, at least one night during their stay.
Two or three nights at least are needed to fully experience this wonderful region, with Art Deco Architecture, wine and food, golf, fishing or just relaxing and being pampered with beauty treatment or massage therapy at Mornington.
Diana is on hand to help guests make their visit to Napier a highlight of their holiday.
