Because of its location Aywon Motel is the ideal place to stay whether on holiday or for the business traveller.
Aywon has the advantage of being quiet (just a small block off busy Fenton St.) yet handy to the main roads in and out of town.
It's just a walk to Te Puia at the Whakarewarewa Thermal Village and the Rotorua Golf course. Close to the Redwood forests, City Centre, Convention Centre, Cafes, restaurants and many other Rotorua attractions. Only 8 minutes drive to the Airport.
Aywon offers 16 Units - Studios, One Bedroom and Two bedroom family units three of which have disability access, all units are serviced daily. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, Sky TV, Wireless internet, a childrens play area and guest laundry. Some units have private courtyards and all guests have access to our indoor Spa.
Our complex is centrally heated.

Located centrally in Rotorua City. Travel south along Fenton Street towards Taupo. You will pass the Rotorua Racecourse, turn left at the Kingsgate Hotel into Ward Avenue and take the first right into Trigg Avenue.
